The Alpha model
Labs, clinical oversight, and treatment review create the structure behind every recommendation.
Clients need more than a prescription. They need clear direction, accountability, and someone helping them keep going.
Alpha supports clients through local offices and telehealth, with the same focus on clarity, follow-through, and measurable progress.

Hormone health care
Alpha Health is a clinician-led hormone and metabolic health clinic serving men and women across North and South Carolina, with offices in Raleigh, Myrtle Beach, and Southern Pines, and free coach consultations available from anywhere. Telehealth treatment is currently available in NC, SC, FL, and VA, subject to clinical fit and state rules. We specialize in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for women, medical weight loss, and peptide therapy.
Our approach starts with comprehensive lab work -- over 100 blood markers covering hormones, metabolic health, inflammation, and risk factors. A board-certified medical team reviews your results and builds a plan around your goals, whether that is restoring energy, improving body composition, addressing low testosterone, or managing perimenopause and menopause symptoms.
Every plan is paired with a dedicated coach who helps you execute it in real life. If you are searching for a TRT clinic or hormone therapy near you in the Carolinas, book a free consultation to talk through your symptoms, goals, and treatment options.
